Online video has become essential marketing, sales and communications medium for companies and organizations of all sizes. But there are many challenges in creating, deploying and tracking audio-visual content for dispersed audiences. More than posting videos on YouTube or other video-sharing sites, web- video marketing should have a purpose and address targeted audiences' interests and needs with engaging, relevant information while collecting useful marketing data and information without intrusion.
