Jędrek is an architect, team leader, software developer, and consultant. He has been involved in projects from various areas, including natural language processing, semantic web, or real-time data monitoring. He worked for Polish software vendors and as a consultant for British and German clients.
Jędrek holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science (static code analysis and software verification). He has been awarded multiple European and national scholarships. He worked as a research assistant at the University of Warsaw, where he was a member of several European and national research projects and grants.
At Sparkbit, Jędrek is responsible for defining the company’s technology principles, supervising, and leading the development teams, and designing the architecture of key projects.
Kasia is responsible for business development and the company’s day-to-day operations. She holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Warsaw and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from Warsaw School of Economics.
Before joining Sparkbit, Kasia worked for both the public and private sectors in Poland, the UK, and the US. She was responsible for managing 15 people project with a 1.5mln EUR budget at the Polish NASK Research Institute.
Kasia’s technical experience involves all areas of software development, from business analysis and software architecture to development and deployment
