Legal Services Alabama (LSA) serves low-income people by providing civil legal assistance and improving collaboration to find solutions to poverty problems from eight offices located in: Anniston, Birmingham, Dothan, Huntsville, Mobile, Montgomery, Selma, and Tuscaloosa. Legal Services Alabama provides free legal aid and support to low-income Alabamians in all 67 states. LSA is the only non-profit law firm providing civil legal support to low-income Alabamians and the only LSC-funded program in Alabama. LSA helps low-income Alabamians with family violence issues, food stamps, Medicaid, bankruptcy, foreclosure, dispossessions, garnishments, FEMA disputes, debt settlements, and other civil legal matters.
