The California Biotechnology Foundation (CBF) is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization committed to raising informed policymaking by increasing awareness of California's life sciences industry among state, national and international audiences. Through the implementation of outreach and education programs, the mission of CBF is to inform and educate the public on new advances and discoveries within the state's biotechnology community as well as to increase knowledge of the life sciences industry in California among policymakers, opinion leaders and other stakeholders.
