With 10+ years in the software development industry, Andrei serves as President and Chief Technology Officer at Altoros. Under his supervision, the engineering team has grown from zero to more than 250 specialists across seven global locations. Currently, he is responsible for technology alliances in Big Data and PaaS. Andrei has successfully implemented strategies for software product development, marketing, motivation systems, personnel performance management, and team building.
Since joining Altoros, Jan-Terje Nordlien has helped the company establish and develop a branch office in Norway, Altoros Norge AS. His 15+ years in the enterprise software industry have helped him successfully define and implement the company’s technical and business strategy for the Nordic market. Prior to joining Altoros, Mr. Nordlien was Head of the Mobile Workforce department at Locus, where he was responsible for building a new mobile platform using cutting-edge technologies and architectures. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nordlien worked as CTO Norway and Product Manager at Consafe Logistics, as Product Specialist at Sybase, and as Senior Consultant at Accenture. Mr. Nordlien holds a degree in Information Technology from Høgskolen i Hedmark.
Renat is the founder & CEO of Altoros, and Venture Partner at Runa Capital. Renat helps define Altoros’s strategic vision and its role in Cloud Foundry PaaS ecosystem. In the past, Renat has been selected as a finalist for the Emerging Executive of the Year award by the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council and once won an IBM Business Mashup Challenge. Prior to founding Altoros, Renat was VP of Engineering for Tampa-based insurance company PriMed. Renat is also the founder of Apatar, an open-source data integration toolset, the founder of Silicon Valley NewSQL User Group, and the co-founder of the Belarusian Java User Group. He studied Engineering at Belarusian National Technical University.
